Chang ZhiRui (Xiao Rui) has also been a favorite of everyone; he is always ready to give you a smile. He is a boy with a sweet personality. He never has a worry, just happy that you are near him, and even happier when you pick him up! He went back to the orphanage on September 5.

Chang ZhiRui was abandoned outside in the freezing cold. The happens often and in the extreme cold of northern China it can mean death very quickly. Fortunately he was found and taken to the hospital. He was near to being frozen and could not drink milk. Keep him in your prayers as he goes through this very critical time.
