Chang HuiMiao arrived from the Changchun Orphanage with deformed hand and leg. She is living with a private foster family.

Update: January 2010

Chang HuiMiao is a sweet baby girl with a congenital amputation of one leg and hand deformities. She is currently in the care of loving foster family.
